吊配管系列产品的选择 (The selection of Shuanglongsheng Pipe Hanger System)

5.1 应详细了解管道敷设的各种要求,例:
(1). 绝热层厚 (2). 有否防震要求 (3). 支承点有否热位移 (4). 用碳钢吊具支承不锈钢、有色金属、塑料管时,要采用相应的防腐蚀、均载的衬垫。
First,know well the various demands of pipe laying.eg.
(1). The heat insulation thickness.
(2). Shock resistancce is needed or not.
(3). Whether there is a displacement at the bearing point.
(4). If the hanger matertial is carbon steel to bear stainless steel,nonferrous metal or plastic pipe,the corresponding anti-corrosion and uniformly distributed load pad should be put into use .

5.2 当荷载较大,选取不到单只标准产品时,可以:
(1). 减小支承间距,重新计算荷载后再选择;
(2). 并联使用标准支吊架零部件;(如右图)
(3). 委托非标准支吊架零部件的设计与制造。
5.2 If no single standard product is found for too large loading capacity,we may
(1). Reduce the bearing span,make another choose after the recalculation of load.
(2). Parallel connect the standard bearing parts.(See the diagram below)
(3). Order to made the desired non-specified parts.
5.3 支承用辅助钢结构的设计方法
(1). 简支梁和悬臂梁从有关图表中查取合适的规格。
(2). 多吊杆横梁,可按荷载力矩最大的一跨选取横梁的规格。当该类型的支吊用榀数很多时,可按连续梁的方法进行设计选型,以减小横梁截面,节省投资。
(3). 立柱、三角撑的斜杆应查验压杆稳定性。
Assisting steel structure used for bearing
(1). Find the proper simple beams or antilevers of proper specifications
(2). As for the beam with multi-hanger,the specification should be chosen according to the largest force moment.
(3). The stability of bearing rod(the vertical band and the angle support's incline rod)should be checked.
